The power of group action

When citizens organize, train, and show up together — at lobby meetings, in local media, in their communities — they reshape what's politically possible. This is how CCL volunteers have moved Congress on climate for nearly two decades.

Meet our group leaders

CCL chapters are led by one or more group leaders. They keep the ship afloat, organizing meetings, events, and overseeing chapter operations with guidance from CCL’s national staff. They’re also the nicest people you will ever meet.

Leading our chapter has connected me with neighbors I never would have met — people who show up month after month because they believe we can solve this. There’s nothing else like it.
